3369156 - Birth Name (Second Last Name Field in External System) Must Be Also Added to Name of the Employee After Replication

Birth Name (Second Last Name field in external system) must be also added to name of the employee after replication. 

So, employee name will be First name, Middle name, Last name and birth name. 'Birth name' of the user should be added in the last part of the name in C4C.

It should be the same as is displayed in the external system. But is not reflecting in C4C.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Replicate employees  from external system to C4C.
2. Check its names in C4C system.

If Birth Name is existing within the Backend, to show the Birth Name also within the Formatted Name, please go to the Business Configuration Fine-Tuning UI for Name Formatting

4. Maintain Name Formats.

Within this Business Configuration Fine-Tuning UI, you can define for which Countries the Birth Date should be added.

Unfortunately, if you change the Name Formatting Business Configuration, this will not change the Formatted Names of the existing data. But after a name change and for new data, the new Name Formatting Rules will be used for the Formatted Name.
