Symptom

When checking the the report FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE, it fails with the following error:

  • SYSTEM ERROR: ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: Unable to determine the path AdobeDocumentServices\lib\xfa.xci(200,101).

In the Default Trace:

  • Processing exception during a "Render" operation.
    Request start time: XXX XXX XX XXXXX XXX YYYY
    com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: Unable to determine the path AdobeDocumentServices\\lib\\xfa.xci
    ......
    Caused by: java.io.IOException: Bad pathname, The system cannot contact a domain controller to service the authentication request. Please try again later (path \\\\XXXXX\\sapmnt\\SID\\SYS\\global\\AdobeDocumentServices\\lib\\xfa.xci, working dir Y:\\usr\\sap\\SID\\XXX\\j2ee\\cluster\\serverX)
