3369169 - Second level variants not properly populated in accelerator storefront

Follow Styles and Size Variants in the SAP Commerce Product Cockpit and Using a Subtype of Product and a Subtype of VariantProduct to setup custom two-levels variants. But in storefront, the variants are not properly populated, especially the second-level.

Out of the box, apparel variant product shows as below.

But custom test variant products shows as below.
