3369191 - SAP Forms Service by Adobe: HTTP 403 Error

Symptom

  • ADS on SAP Business Technology Platform is called from ABAP system
  • The assigned roles to ADS_AGENT are as mentioned in KBA 2378564
  • The destination services in Cloud Connector are set as per SAP Help Documentation
  • When running the report FP_CHECK_HTTP_DATA_TRANSFER or FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE the following error message is displayed:

    com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.ProcessingException: HTTP-403 Error.
    File Not Found while reading Dest URL: http://<ABAP_HOST_NAME>:<ABAP_PORT>/sap/bc/fp/form/layout/Z_EXAMPLE_PDF_FORM_NAME.XDP
