Symptom

You ran the application job Order-Based Planning: Delete Master Data.

Then in the logs there are the below warning:

“Loc. prod. in Version BASELINE referenced by network data in scenario/sim”

However, you have already followed the steps from deletion master data for all your version and should not have any master data veto.

User ran simulation, and the simulation was not closed via DISCARD of the simulation.
