3369511 - Case's status changed to Auto Closure due to inactivity

Symptom

This case was auto-closed by the system since there was no activity on the case since the past 30 days.

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Resolution

Cases are confirmed automatically after 30 days if there has been no interaction from the customer and the case remains in one of the following statuses:

  • Awaiting Requester
  • Resolved

Customer can re-open a new case if the issue in the original case is still persisting and refer to the original case number.
