3369511 - Case's status changed to Auto Closure due to inactivity

Symptom

This case was auto-closed by the system since there was no activity on the case since the past 21 days.

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Resolution

A Case is confirmed automatically after 21 days if there has been no interaction on it, and when the case remains in one of the following statuses:

  • Awaiting Requester
  • Resolved

Please re-open a new case if the issue in the original case is still persisting and refer to the original case number.
