3369576 - 'Edit Payables Line Item' is Disabled for user in Supplier Invoice

You are trying to select 'Edit Payables Line Item' in supplier invoice , however it is disabled for you but other users can edit it.

You have the access to payables work center as well.

SAP Business By Design

1. Go to Supplier Invoice work center
2. Select Invoices and Credit Memos view
3. Select any supplier invoice in posted status
4. Click View All
5. Under General Tab, navigate to Payment Information->Payment Details
6. You can see the 'Edit Payables Line Item' button
7. It is disabled for you

'Edit Payables Line Item' takes us to the same screen as in Payables-> supplier accounts-> particular line item of the invoice.

Hence, it is necessary to have access to  supplier accounts view along with payables view.

Kindly assign this view to the user in this path:

Go to Application and User Management-> Business Users-> select the user->edit access rights->work center and view assignment->FIN_SUPPLIERACCOUNTS ->Supplier Accounts
