3369586 - Content-Type is not sent as a header parameter using HTTP receiver adapter with GET/DELETE/HEAD methods in Cloud Integration

You have configured an iflow, either with content modifier or groovy script to set the Header parameter to the desired value, as you would like to include it in your request.
The call fails with similar error like the one below.
