Symptom

Self-diagnosis (in SM_WORKCENTER > Service Delivery Readiness) shows “red” status. The message is alert 00208

Details of Alert 00208 - 'Prepare step' for Advanced Remote Service Sessions

1 .  ‘Prepare’ step - not completed for <order_nr>, GSS_SEC on <date>

Message No. DSWP_SD495

Diagnosis

The ‘Prepare’ step is checked when a relevant Session for Advanced Remote Service Delivery is booked at SAP, i.e. as 'SAP Delivered Service'

The following Sessions for Advanced Remote Service Delivery have been booked:

Service Order: <orde_nr>

Session: GSS_SEC

Session date: <date>

If the ‘Prepare’ step is NOT completed prior to the session, the delivery process for this session will be impacted.

An email describing the required steps was sent out to: <user>

In SLG1 log there can be found following error:

Managed object representing Self-Monitoring scenario does not exist

Message No. MC_ALRT_SELFMON019
