3369657 - It is not possible to set the time range of task cards on Home Page anymore - Onboarding

Some Candidates are not able to view Start button on Personal data collection task (Help Us to Know You Better). Start date is determining when candidates are able to view/click on it. 

However, it's no longer possible to change this time range on Manage Home Page.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

As current system design and behavior the option Manage Home Page > Todo settings > General settings is not available anymore.

Previous configuration supported was: Going to Manage Home Page > Todo settings > General settings > Show pending to-do items starting 'X' days before they are due.

However, after 2305 release, this is no longer displayed on Manage Home Page. It is an expected behavior as per current system design.

WORKAROUND:

We can run a script to remove this setting. Please open a case with Onboarding Support Team and provide your Approval.
