3369675 - FAQ: Enterprise Portal inner application navigation issues with Google Chrome Version starting 115/116 & Edge Version starting 118/119

Symptom

This is a FAQ KBA for this issue. 

  • You are using Enterprise Portal with Chromium based browser;
    • Google Chrome version 115/116 and above;
    • Microsoft Edge version 118/119 and above;
  • Navigation to certain applications, or internal navigation in certain applications within the Enterprise Portal are not working;
  • You get a blank page, your navigation fails, or you get the error message: "The parent window did not answer when requesting the origin";
  • Navigation that open pop up windows don't work.
