Symptom

  • In CI-DS WebUI, task error: "HTTP error:<<soap-env:Fault><faultcode>soap-env:Server</faultcode><faultstring xml:lang="en">Web service processing error; more details in the web service error log on provider side (UTC timestamp xxxx; Transaction ID xxxx)</faultstring><detail/></soap-env:Fault>>" occurs when calling Web Service to APO system.
  • In APO system, errors are as below:
    • Message E/SAPAPO/SDP_MD 012 cannot be processed in plugin mode HTTP
    • MSGID: /SAPAPO/SDP_MD
