Symptom
The case was cancelled, even though the solution was provided by support engineers.
Environment
SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ
Resolution
- After we propose a solution in the case, and then if you post any comment to close the case, it leads to case cancellation because the case returns to "InProgress" status.
So, please don’t post a comment in the incident if you are satisfied with our solution.
Either click on "Close incident" or "Close case" button. - Avoid closing the case which is in "InProgress" status as this leads to case cancellation.
