3369875 - Entry not valid when trying to add employee to org unit

When trying to add an Employee to the Org Unit, the user is getting an error saying "Entry XXX not valid".

(XXX represents the Employee.)

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Organizational Management work center
2. Go to Org Structures view
3. Select the Organizational Unit that needs an Employee added to
4. Go to the Employees tab
5. In the Employees Section, click on Add
6. Enter in the details for Valid From, Valid To and the Employee.
7. Error occurs with adding Employee

The Employee that is trying to be added to the Org Unit is not an active one as their validity date has passed.

The 'Valid To' of the Employee needs to be extended.

1. Go to the Administrator work center
2. Select on the Employees view
3. On the dropdown, select All Employees and search for the employee
4. Highlight the employee and click Edit
5. Under Valid To, set the date to be Unlimited (31.12.9999)
