3369897 - Bank account management has no entry with bank key and account xxxxxxxxxxxx

After upgrade CE2308 bank statement upload and processing failing due to error "Bank account management has no entry with bank key and account xxxxxxxx".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Upload bank statements via app Manage Incoming Payment Files.
2. The import fails due to error "Bank account management has no entry with bank key and account xxxxxxxxxxxx".
3. Check error log in Manage Bank Messages App.

The file containing a bank statement for bank account not maintained in the application Manage Bank Accounts.

Before release 2308 it was raised an information message.

With 2308 it was changed to an error message. It was a side effect of another feature. The import fails.

Fix will be delivered with SP5 on September 17.

Possible workaround until the fix:

If you do not want to post bank statements for account xxxxxxxxxx do the followings:

1. Application Manage Bank Accounts  > check account xxxxxxxxxxxx  and corresponding house bank account.
2. Application Define Bank Account Settings > Bank Statements > open the newly created bank account, edit it and set the “Posting Category” to “No Posting Processing”.
3. Restart the failed messages in MBC.

The result will be that all bank statements are created. The bank statements of bank accounts where you changed the posting category are uploaded too. But they won’t be in the books and no reprocessing is necessary.
