3369978 - Short Dump being generated after upgrade to SP17 - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

Symptom

The following ST22 Dump is being generated after upgrading SP Level to SP17:

The memory request for 2403200 bytes could not be complied with.

What happened?

Each transaction requires some main memory space to process application
data. If the operating system does not have any more memory, the
transaction is terminated.
