3370013 - Performance Management Inbox Accessibility Highlights Elements That Cannot Be Actioned

When opening the Performance Management Inbox and pressing TAB on the keyboard, elements that cannot be actioned are selected.

1. Access the instance;
2. Go to drop down menu and select Performance tab;
3. In the inbox page, when pressing TAB on the keyboard you'll see the icons are selected as if they're available
