Legal scan is not working for some users
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
- Performance Management
- Goal Management
- 360 Multi-Rater
Cause
Legal scan is based on user's default locale to check words.
If legal scan word is added in JA_JP, user's default locale is EN_US, legal scan won't display result.
Resolution
This is current system behavior.
Please add words in all languages using in system.
