3370138 - Variable Rate is empty in APP 'Manage Cost Rates - Actual' after actual cost rate calculation

After actual cost rate calculation, actual cost rate is not divided into fixed costs and variable costs, but is displayed as fixed costs only. 
even when user maintain the plan cost rate with fixed portion and variable portion.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

This is a standard behavior in current S/4HANA Cloud system.
The cost splitting within the actual cost rate calculation is based on according to the defined splitting structure
(in contrast to an S/4 HANA on premise release, the distribution according to target costs is not supported in the cloud release).
The costs become fixed costs according to all available splitting rules.

This is current standard behavior.
If a variable portion of cost rates is needed for actual costing, this BAdI can be used.
