You found some cost centers are missing in standard hierarchy 0001 from app Manage Cost Center Groups.

In app Manage Cost Center Groups, if you select the cost center group and click Check and Help - Completeness Check, you will get below message:

"The following master records are missing in the group on the check date" (follow with a list of cost centers).
