3370140 - Costing center missing in standard hierarchy 0001 from app Manage Cost Center Groups

You found some cost centers are missing in standard hierarchy 0001 from app Manage Cost Center Groups.

In app Manage Cost Center Groups, if you select the cost center group and click Check and Help - Completeness Check, you will get below message:

"The following master records are missing in the group on the check date" (follow with a list of cost centers).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The root cause is not known.

There is a workaround to add the missing cost centers back into the standard hierarchy 0001.

1. go into app Manage Profit Center Groups.
2. select any profit center group
3. click Standard Hierarchy - Adjust Master Data
4. in the next screen, select option "Cost Centers"
5. click Execute

The missing cost centers will be added back into the standard hierarchy 0001 then.

Suggest you to do test run first to verify.
