3370237 - "No language-specific unit defined in language" error occurs and commercial unit is returned using BAPI_CONTRACT_GETDETAIL

Symptom

  • Error No language-specific unit defined in language [] for internal unit [] occurs in SE37, when displaying the items using BAPI_CONTRACT_GETDETAIL. The same error doesn't occur, when using BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL or with POs using BAPI_PO_GETDETAIL1.
  • BAPI_CONTRACT_GETDETAIL returns the commercial unit instead of the internal unit.
