3370245 - ME22N Item Text disappeared after checking purchase order history - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Symptom

In ME21N or ME22N under Item Details Texts tab, some texts are added or changed in one of the Item Text sections.

1. After drilling to the Item stocks -> material movement -> material document list -> display material document and return to the previous screen of purchase order item, the text being just added or changed in the item details disappeared.

2. After going to Purchase Order history, displaying material document details and returning to the previous screen of purchase order item, the text being added or changed in the item details disappeared.
