3370374 - PR-Previous approval records are not displayed

A purchase requisition (PR) was generated and the initial approval stage has been finalized. If you modify the PR and initiate approval once more, the prior approval sequence is not visible. In the past, if the approval is triggered again, the previous approval status is displayed.

System Standard Behavior.

For Both the Displayed and Not -Displayed PRs:

Not-Displayed: In the case of Not-Displayed PR, it was changed after the PR was released. In this case, we create a new workflow instance as the previous instance is already completed and cannot be restarted so it displays only the latest workflow, and the previously picked workflow is not displayed.

Displayed: In the case of Displayed PR, it was changed while it was still in approval. In this case, the restart is triggered on the same workflow instance as it is still in process so you can see the previous workflow as cancelled and the new workflow in the approval details
