3370476 - Errors occur in Manage Project Billing after 2308 upgrade - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

After the CE2308 upgrade the users encounters some of the following errors/issues whilst using the Manage Project Billing App:

  • "You don't have authorization to update Project Billing Request".
  • "Creation of the billing document request failed. You have no authorizations to submit entries. Contact your administrator".
  • System does not respond to clicking "Prepare Billing" button.
