3370603 - Issue with reading IAS Groups using IAS SCIM API v1 - status code 500 can be seen

Symptom

  • When calling IAS SCIM API v1 GET request directly in a Rest Client (e.g. Postman) or in Identity Provisioning (IPS) job, it is unable to read IAS Groups.

  • The following error output can be seen:
    • GET request for https://<iastenant>.accounts.ondemand.com/service/scim/Groups outputs: 
      • Status: 500 Internal Server Error


    • IPS job with IAS source system: 
      • Caused by: org.apache.camel.http.common.HttpOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking https://<iastenant>.accounts.cloud.sap/service/scim/Groups?startIndex=1&count=100 with statusCode: 500, Response:
