Currently, Profit Center Valuation is not supported in SAP S/4HANA Cloud system
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud
Cause
Function not supported because Universal Parallel Accounting active.
Resolution
Profit Center Valuation is not supported in SAP S/4HANA Cloud system up to now.
Also, 'Transfer Price' function is not available in current delivered Cloud version. This is a missing functionality now.
