Symptom
The status of the journal entry is shown as "Fully Cleared" in the process flow in the Fiori apps such as "Manage Sales Orders - Version 2" and "Manage Billing Document". However, the journal entry was in fact not cleared. The document flow in the WEBGUI app shows the status correctly as "Not Cleared".

Resolution
This is a UI display error for which the correction is planned with 2308 HFC07. Before the fix, please refer to the status in the WEBGUI regarding the journal entry. Please check the below links for the exact date of the upgrade and maintenance schedule:
