There is a stuck queue for inbound delivery at APP Warehouse Monitor -> Tools node -> Message Queue.

Please check the inbound delivery with APP Display Inbound Delivery (APP ID VL33n) if there is supplier assigned to the inbound delivery.

If no, please go to APP Warehouse Monitor -> Tool Node -> Message queues, select the stuck queue for inbound delivery and reject it. Then the inbound delivery quantity will be set as 0 and GM status will be set as "C", you can recreate the inbound delivery further.

If yes, there is a supplier assigned. Please maintain a plant for the supplier as business partner.
