Symptom

Business Configuration Overview Screen layout looks different in the Production and Test Tenant

Environment

  • SAP Cloud for Customer 
  • SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Business Configuration Work Center
  2. Navigate to Overview View
  3. In the Production Tenant you can see two tables (All Configuration Elements & Configuration Elements)  & Test Tenant you can see one table (All Configuration Elements)

Cause

The reason for this behavior is, in both the tenants, Main Workspace are in different status. 

Resolution

This is the Expected System Behavior, When the production tenant implementation project is live & test tenant implementation project status is in started.

Once all the Activities are completed in the Test tenant & the project status is closed then you will be able to see same screen as production tenant.
