3371472 - Work Zone image widgets are not displayed in Mobile Browser

• Workspace which includes images shown without images
• Links with information and guides are not visible to the user

SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

1. Open Work Zone in Mobile Safari browser
2. Go to a workspace that includes images
   Result: See images do not get displayed

The Safari browser has the "Prevent cross-site tracking" option enabled by default, which causes certain features of WZ to not function properly.

The best solution is to manually disable this option, therefore, please follow the below steps:

For Safari browser on MacBook:

1. Go to Settings > Safari
2. Under Privacy and Security, toggle off "Prevent Cross-Site Tracking"
