3371475 - "Document is not locked" / "No documents transferred" error message ( UKM_DCD_MSG032) in SCASE/UKM_CASE

Symptom

The blocked SD document needs to be released in transaction SCASE/UKM_CASE and get the below messages:

  1. "Document is not locked" (Message no. UKM_DCD_MSG032)
  2. "No documents transferred" (Message no. UKM_DCD_MSG032)
