3371543 - How to Create and Maintain Territory Information for Person Master Data (Standalone Account)

Symptom

  • In 'Master Data Management' (MDM), the Territory field is visible at Person records, but there is no user interface (UI) available to create or manage 'Territory' entries. This applies to standalone accounts without an ERP (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) integration, where territory data would normally be synchronized automatically.
  • There is also no workaround available via Settings within the application.
