3371561 - Attach / Upload a Custom Crystal Report

This information is for report writers and administrators who manage or create custom reports in WorkForce Time and Attendance.  As of WorkForce Time and Attendance version 16.2, users can now manage custom reports within the Policy Editor with new report file upload functionality and the policy migration tool. This enables users to upload, test, and migrate reports to production without the need for Crystal Reports 2013 or the Business Objects Central Management Console.  For SaaS customers, it is no longer necessary to send report files to the WorkForce support team to upload into WorkForce Time and Attendance as they can be uploaded directly through the Policy Editor. This allows efficient creation, testing, and deployment of custom reports in WorkForce Time and Attendance by users.
