3371568 - Error on the execution of a crystal report

Run any Workforce crystal report, it fails with the below error

Can not create temp file: Database logon failed.
com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.lib.ReportSDKException: Can not create temp file: Database logon failed.---- Error code:-2147215357 [CRSDK00000615] Error code name:internal

SAP Time and Attendance Management by WorkForce Software (All versions) 
Crystal Reporting

For eg:-
=========

1. Go to reports
2. Select report "absences Report CL" with the following parameters:
Start Date: 08/01/2023
End Date: 08/31/2023
Assignment Group List: CL_ASIST
3. Click on Run Now

TNS Entry is missing on BI Server

Configure the missing TNS entry and reports will run successfully.
NOTE:- This needs to be done by Workforce hence ticket needs to be open via SAP.
