3371575 - Not able to select among multiple ship-to parties when creating sales orders due to the partner selection box cannot be scrolled down

Symptom

After CE2308, the user is not able to select among multiple ship-to parties when creating sales orders. Only the header of the ship-to selection box is displayed. It cannot be scrolled down.
