Symptom

Posting Preview not showing any content.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Job Requisition;
  2. Click on Internal/External Posting Preview;
  3. Popup will open without any content.

Cause

The standard field ids for job description might be missing in the job requisition template or the Recruiting Operator affected does not have edit or view permission to the Job Description fields.

Resolution

Make sure to define standard internal and external job description field ids : listingLayout and extListingLayout respectively in the xml.

Recruiting Operator will need to have edit or read permission to Job Description fields to see content in Posting Preview popup.
