Symptom

The value of the KPIs "Sales Volume" and "Sales Volume Qty" is displayed as "0" for the returns delivery in the "Sales Volume-Flexible Analysis" app. This returns delivery is a follow-up document of the returns order.

Resolution

Instead of "Sales Volume" and "Sales Volume Qty", the sales volume is displayed on the KPI "Credit Memo", which is also a follow-up document of the returns order. This is the standard design of this app.
