Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Service Desk work center.
  2. View: Common tasks.
  3. Create New Service request.
  4. Click on value help in Service and Support team option.
  5. No Service and Support Team is determined.

The Criteria to Determine Service and Support Team - Service Request needs to be configured in Business Configuration.

Resolution

  1. Go to Business configuration work center.
  2. View: Overview.
  3. Search and open activity Criteria to Determine Responsibilities for Service Requests.
  4. Select Criteria to Determine Service and Support Team - Service Request.
  5. Choose the appropriate Criteria.
