Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Service Desk work center.
- View: Common tasks.
- Create New Service request.
- Click on value help in Service and Support team option.
- No Service and Support Team is determined.
The Criteria to Determine Service and Support Team - Service Request needs to be configured in Business Configuration.
Resolution
- Go to Business configuration work center.
- View: Overview.
- Search and open activity Criteria to Determine Responsibilities for Service Requests.
- Select Criteria to Determine Service and Support Team - Service Request.
- Choose the appropriate Criteria.
