3371877 - Recommender's name format is FirstName LastName under Japanese/Chinese locale -Recommendation Newsletter

The email token <P2P_RECOMMENDATION_RECOMMENDED_BY />  in ApmRecommendationsNewsletter doesn't revert the display order to LastName FirstName in specific locale like Japanese or Chinese.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login LMS tenant > browser all courses > select any item > recommend to a user

2. Go to Learning Administration> Edit the user's preference to Japanese locale

3. Run APM Recommendation Newsletter

4. Check the received mail body > The token text is like '推奨者 FirstName LastName ' > it is not in the order of LastName FirstName.

The token doesn't support localization feature.

This is expected behavior, recommender name is displayed in the format that is irrespective of locale.
