3372034 - How to extract Sales Order information for Customer Projects using Standard Report?

You are trying to get details of sales order associated with customer projects only using standard project related data source.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics work center or Project Management work center
2. Select Design reports view from Business Analytics work center or Reports list form project management work center
3. Select standard project report: "Customer Project Overview".
4. You are not able to filter for only customer projects with sales order information.

There is no such specific project data source that shows customer project information only. There are reports considering time confirmations and planned/actual work for the project tasks but those are not specific for customer projects.

You can refer the standard financial report (Projects - Line Items) to get the Sales order information associated with each project.

It shows the line items for projects of all project types. For customer projects, the report also lists the line items of assigned sales order items. Here you can find the sales order assigned to the project line items.
