From Tosca Server 15.2 onwards you can add your Cloud License server on the License Administration to monitor your cloud license usage. But when you are trying to add your cloud license server on the License Administration you are getting the following error:
"Failed to login: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. (license.tricentis.com:443)"
