3372085 - Accessibility - Data table is not announced for the tabular data under Cookie consent Manager - Recruiting Marketing

In Cookie consent Manager, using the down arrow while the screen reader is active will navigate in reading order one element at a time. When the table headers, "Provider", "Description", and "Enabled", are navigated through they are announced only as static text. However, when table items are navigated through, such as "LinkedIn", the table headers are not announced so screen reader users may not realize that "LinkedIn" is supposed to be a "Provider".

1. Access RMK website
2. Navigate through the page using keyboard until reaching button "Cookie consent Manager" and activate modal window.
3. Navigate to the modal window using arrow key with screen reader until reaching the button "Show more details" and expand it.
4. Navigate to the expanded section using arrow key with screen reader until reaching the data table.
5. You will see the screen reader is not announcing the header from this table

The layout tables had role="presentation" added.

The engineering team has removed the role="presentation" tag from the code. They have finished the code review and informed us that the fix is currently aimed to be available with the next major product release 2H2023.
