3372088 - Best practices to be followed while using ILM Retention Warehouse for system decommissioning

When the user plan to use S/4HANA On Premise system as Retention Warehouse system (RW) in a system decommissioning scenario, some of the errors/warnings are observed as mentioned below:

1. No live policy exists for object <ILM Object> in audit area <ILM Audit Area>.
2. Legacy system 'DDO3L' table not found.
3. 'Error while determining the latest SN_META file'.

For missing entities, below are the observed messages and entities which are not available for selection:

1. Repository is not up to date' message is displayed in the job log.
2. During creation of Audit package template using transaction ILMAPT, the ILM objects are disabled for selection.
