3372170 - How to configure the URLs being called by BOE http availability metrics

In SAP standard template "BIP Web Applications Java (Tomcat)", following metrics are being used to monitor BI Web Application availability:

• BOE CMC Http Availability
• BOE Launchpad Http Availability

By default,

• “BOE CMC Http Availability” checks the URL: http://<host>:<port>/BOE/CMC 
• “BOE Launchpad Http Availability” checks the URL: http://<host>:<port>/BOE/BI

In some certain circumstance, it is necessary to adjust the URL to a different one.
