Symptom

The end user is not able to access the tile Customer Project Factsheet on the system.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Fiori Launchpad.
  2. Search for Customer Project Factsheet.
  3. No app is found.

Resolution

  • Customer Project Factsheet is not an app that you can search for, it is a factsheet accessed via the project to enable you to see a specific customer project by business objects.
  • To search for the customer project factsheet you can undertake the following steps

    • Use the dropdown list next to the search input field to specify the category "Customer Projects".
    • Enter the term you are looking for such as "T10".
    • Press Enter.
    • Then the search results will be shown in the display list.
