Symptom
The Scoping question "Do you want to plan landed costs in purchase orders?" is enabled in the Business Configuration work center. However, upon creating a new Purchase Order, no Landed Cost Components are visible under the Prices and Cost tab.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Purchase Requests and Orders Work center.
- Go to Purchase Orders view.
- Search for ABC (ABC represents Purchase Order ID).
- Select Edit.
- Select Prices and Cost tab.
- Select Add row.
"No items found" in Cost Component drop-down under Landed Cost Components.
Cause
No Landed Cost Components have been defined in the "Define Landed Cost Components" section under Common Tasks in the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
Resolution
Follow the below steps to define Landed Cost Components:
- Go to Purchase Requests and Orders Work center.
- Go to Define Landed Cost Components under common tasks.
- Add a Landed Cost Component ID and Landed Cost Category using the Add Row option.
- Maintain the required description for the Landed Cost Component ID.
- Select Actions and set it to Activate.
Only Landed Cost Components with Active status are available for selection in a Purchase Order and Supplier Invoice.
