3372528 - Inspection lot is dynamically modified although no DMR is visible in QP03

Symptom

In transaction QP02/QP03, field Dynamic modification level is empty no dynamic modification rule is visible.

However, the inspection lot (which has the inspection plan assigned) is dynamically modified.

For example, status SKIP (I0209 - Skip lot) or QLCH (I0208 - Quality level relevant) is activated for it.
