Symptom
When searching a sample user in the target instance after the instance refresh with the data anonymization selected, it should not be displaying same data from source instance
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the target SuccessFactors instance
- Search for a sample user
- Search bar display results with the same information of the user from source instance
Resolution
- In the target instance, 'Enable adoption of General Display Name' and 'Enable the name format selected in Configure People Profile to apply globally' from Company System and Logo Settings should be enabled.
- Click the 'Refresh General Display Name' so the display name will be same between Quick card, Global Header, People Profile, etc.
