3372546 - In pre-graded Yes/No questions with a pre-graded answer and a No Grade answer, participant selection of a No Grade answer generated a score of 0%

In classic sourcing events, surveys, and supplier management questionnaires, if a Yes/No question was pre-graded and at least one of the predefined answer choices had a grade assigned, but at least one of the predefined answer choices was set to No Grade, and the participant chose the No Grade answer, it was automatically assigned a grade of 0%.  For example, if the template pre-grading assigned 100% to the Yes answer and No Grade to the No answer, No answers were automatically assigned a grade of 0%.  This 0% grade then affected section and overall scoring, whereas a No Grade answer would not, resulting in inaccurate scoring.
