3372558 - EDIFACT conversion error

Symptom

  • In your PI/PO system you noticed an intermittent issue on X400 Receiver channel to convert EDI-XML to EDIFACT.
    The conversion from EDI-XML to EDIFACT is working as designed, however when there is any connectivity issue the adapter resend the message automatically to the customer as EDI- XML file instead of EDIFACT.
